When and where is the event happening?

Graphika Manila 2025  is scheduled for March 1 and 2, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at the SMX Convention Center in the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, Philippines.

Registration will open at 10:30 AM, and gates will open at 11:00 AM on both days.

I’m not a designer or artist, can I still attend?

Absolutely! If you love art, enjoy design, are a creative soul, or simply just admire our speakers, we warmly welcome you to join us at the event.

How much are the tickets? Do you offer student rates?

Yes, we offer student rates. Rates are as follows:

Super Early Bird Rates (until December 20, 2024)
Conference PASS: PhP 2,880
Student PASS: PhP 2680

Early Bird Rates (December 21, 2024 onwards)
Conference PASS: PhP 3,180
Student PASS: PhP 2,980

Regular Rates (January 18, 2025 onwards)
Conference PASS: PhP 3,480
Student PASS: PhP 3,280

What's the difference between a conference pass and a student pass?

Both passes provide the same privileges. However:

• For student pass, students must present a valid student ID upon entry.
• To qualify for the student discount, the attendee must be actively enrolled during the 2024-2025 school year.

What's included in the ticket?

Your ticket grants you access to two inspiring days of networking and learning from 12 renowned creative speakers from around the globe.

Participants will also receive:

• A certificate of attendance
• A conference kit, including the exclusive Graphika Art Book 2025
• Additional exciting surprises!

What modes of payment do you accept?

We provide multiple payment methods for your convenience, including credit card, GCash, and online banking options.

How can I get my ticket?

After completing your purchase, you will receive a QR voucher which serves as your ticket. On the event day, please present either a printed or digital copy of your QR voucher to claim your ticket(s).

For group purchases, the buyer is responsible for distributing the QR vouchers to their team members before the event.

Does the QR code serve as my ticket to the event?

Yes, the QR voucher that is sent to your email after a successful transaction serves as your ticket to the event.

It is crucial to securely store the QR code and not share it on social media platforms. Please note that Graphika will not address any inquiries regarding unauthorized use of QR codes that may occur due to negligence.

Can I still purchase tickets on the event day?

Graphika Manila tickets may sell out before the event. To guarantee your spot, we strongly encourage purchasing tickets as early as possible.

Do you accept check payments?

Yes. Please feel free to contact Bea for the process for making a payment via check.

Do you issue official receipt / sales invoice?

Official receipts will all be issued during the event days. Kindly approach our staff in the Official Receipts Counter.

Alternatively, if you need your official receipt or sales invoice prior to the event, please feel free to email your request to Bea together with the following information:

How to proceed if I need a statement of account?

For statement of accounts, please email the following details to Bea.

Do you offer PWD discounts?

Yes, to avail the PWD discount, kindly send a copy of your PWD ID to Bea. Additionally, you can inquire about the details on how to avail the PWD discount by contacting the same email address.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

On our payment page, enter promo code "BULK" for a 10% discount when purchasing 10 or more tickets.

Are tickets refundable / transferable?

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. If the original ticket holder is unable to attend, the QR voucher may be used by someone else.

However, please be aware that each ticket is valid for one person for both days of the event. Tickets cannot be shared or transferred to a different person for the second day of the event.

How can I get my certificate of attendance?

You may generate your own Graphika Manila 2025 Certificate of Attendance by using your QR number. The link and directions will be provided after the conference.

I received an error while generating my certificate. Help!

What do I need to bring on the event day?

Your QR code (printed or digital), ID and your essentials.

What if I lost my wristband?

The wristband that will be provided is valid for both days of the event and must be worn on both days. Please note that lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced. It is essential to keep the wristband on if you plan to attend Day 2 of the event. Opting to use a single wristband for both days allows for a more seamless entry.
